IBO 4K TV offers refunds for Digital Products/Services under certain conditions. However, we strongly recommend taking advantage of a trial version before making a purchase.

IBO 4K TV provides refunds ONLY under the following conditions:


1. Refund Conditions

Full Refund Eligibility

  • We will provide a full refund only for purchases made within 7 days. After 7 days, no full refund will be processed.

Partial Refund Eligibility

  • All other refund requests will be partially refunded based on the subscription usage period IF a problem on our side cannot be resolved within 72 hours.
  • The IBO 4K TV support team will contact users in all refund cases.

2. When Refunds Will NOT Be Issued

We will not issue refunds or partial refunds if:

  • ❌ The customer did not like the channel list
  • ❌ The customer found another service
  • ❌ The customer refuses to apply the solutions we provide in case of problems

3. How Long Does It Take to Receive a Refund?

Credit Card Payments

  • Refunds are generally processed and funds are returned to the customer’s debit card within 20 to 31 business days
  • However, there may be cases where a refund takes longer to process, up to 90 days
  • We are not responsible for these delays. We are not the payment provider; we are simply the IPTV service provider

Processing Timeline

  • Each refund generally takes 20 to 90 business days to become effective, and we do not have the power to shorten this period
  • Our payment processors will handle refund requests
  • We will do our best to refund users as soon as we receive the request and verify the user’s information

4. If Some Channels Experience Interruptions

Our Commitment

While most of our servers are stable, some channels may experience interruptions or not work occasionally for various reasons, but this is not permanent. Our specialized engineers are constantly working to resolve them.

Common Causes of Temporary Issues

Most of the time, these issues are temporary and are caused by the following reasons:

  • Customer’s Internet Connection: Fluctuations in the customer’s internet connection
  • Device Configuration: Problems with the customer’s general set-top box/app configuration
  • ISP Issues: Problems with the customer’s ISP (internet service provider)
  • Server Maintenance: Channel interruption from our server
  • Customer Decision: The customer changes their mind and wants to cancel/switch servers
  • System Updates: Updates/reboots on our server side (necessary for weekly performance)

5. 72-Hour Service Guarantee

In the event that the user/customer is unable to watch their IPTV subscription for 72 hours or more due to a server problem or any other issue caused by us or on our part, we will:

✅ Provide a full refund of the package price

OR

✅ Add any lost time to their subscription free of charge, along with an additional bonus that we can negotiate together
